The Long Island Sound is a great cruising ground, especially during the week when the only power boats are commercial.

Great cruising ground, especially during the week when the only power boats are commercial.
We sail from the extreme western edge (Douglaston, Little Neck Bay) and spend a lot of time going back and forth.
Will start to compile lists of favorite places and post.

Here's our mooring on the east side of Little Neck Bay. The 'lump' on the northwest corner is Fort Totten and at the top near the 'map' icon is the United States Merchant Marine Acadamy at Kings Point.
